Current
  • Led React Native engineering for a fashion-tech social commerce platform, scaling from 0 to 8K+ DAU and 600K+ downloads while improving app startup performance and release velocity.
  • Architected scalable state management with Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query, and MMKV - cutting unnecessary re-renders via FlashList virtualization, memoization, and component isolation.
  • Built production-grade UI systems with Reanimated 4 and Shared Element Transitions across core shopping and discovery flows.
  • Shipped core consumer experiences: AI image-based fashion search, virtual try-on, conversational AI chat, a Pinterest-inspired discovery feed, community try-on uploads, and trending looks.
  • Designed scalable social graph features (follow/following, wardrobe collaboration, Pinterest board integration) plus a multi-step animated onboarding that powers personalized feed ranking and cold-start recommendations.
  • Built a robust deep linking architecture with Universal Links, Adjust, and WebEngage - deferred deep linking, campaign attribution, cold-start routing, and push-driven navigation.
  • Integrated Apple In-App Purchases, Google Play Billing, Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal, enabling $25K+ subscription revenue and $50K+ in fashion purchases within 4 months.
  • Instrumented product analytics (PostHog, Adjust, WebEngage, Meta SDK) for funnel tracking, behavioral insight, and A/B testing; shipped dynamic rollouts via Firebase Remote Config and OTA updates (Revopush).
  • Architected the shoppin.app web platform from scratch in Next.js with an SEO-first architecture - SSR, dynamic metadata, Open Graph, sitemap generation, and crawlable URLs.
